At the conclusion of the successful Mediation Conference, the terms of the settlement are written into a final Settlement Agreement:
- Final – as with settlement agreements that dismiss lawsuits, a Settlement Agreement following Mediation is a final and enforceable contract between the parties and can dispose of all or any part of the dispute
- Private – unlike a court decision, a settlement agreement is private and is not disclosed to anyone except the parties
- Join the other 99% – Only much sooner – less than 1% of all business lawsuits end with a judge or jury declaring a winner and loser.
