Carollee Hayward has specialized in real estate practice and mediation for over 35 years. She developed her negotiation and mediation expertise through a career-long passion and commitment to the Real Estate industry. Years of successfully resolving real estate transactions resulted in her election twice as local Realtor of the Year and to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Thirty years ago, she recognized her clients had a need for quality property management and founded Triangle Leasing and Management, LLC.
Commitment to the industry has been on the local, state and national levels. She is a Past President of the NH Assoc. of Realtors®, and was elected by peers to serve as National Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for the country’s largest trade organization, the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). She spent the last twenty years serving as a mediator on behalf of the NAR, as a neutral arbitrator for commission disputes and chaired hearings on violations of professional standards. She has appeared as a guest speaker and instructor on ethics, arbitration and mediation to Realtor® members throughout the country.
Significant exposure to people with a broad range of personality types, incomes and often competing emotional requirements, has provided an important perspective when working on mediations. With increasing requests to address more complex conflict resolutions, Carollee focuses on providing the public with a faster, less stressful and less expensive alternative to the often over-burdened court system.
