- Biography
Scott Neidhold is an experienced executive in the consumer packaged goods industry. Recently serving as Vice President Global Business Development for the RockTenn Company, Scott managed RockTenn’s global partnership with the STI Group in Europe and led relationship management with customers such as P&G, Coca Cola, Mars, and other large global companies. Earlier, Scott spent 24 years with the Procter & Gamble Company where he held a variety of leadership positions within P&G’s Global Purchases organization managing complex supply chain issues, supplier relationships and developing sourcing strategies for goods and services. Scott served on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Strategic Sourcing (F4SS).
Following his graduation from the United States Naval Academy, Scott was an active duty US Naval Officer and Naval Aviator serving in forward deployed, carrier based aviation units. After release from active duty, Scott continued service in the Naval Reserve retiring from the Navy as a Captain after holding senior leadership and command positions. He received an MBA from Xavier University Williams College of Business.
With over 400 aircraft carrier landings to his credit, Scott is calm and confident during times of stress. His success in both his military and business careers have given him a uniquely valuable perspective of how people and organizations can mutually benefit from collaboration.
