BMN’s two-day Mediator Training program features interactive learning and the “how to” of successfully resolving business disputes through mediation:
- Analyze How Business Disputes Arise, Escalate and Reach Impasse
- Examine the Disconnect Between Business Expectations and Litigation Realities
- Learn the Mediation Process, Role of the Mediator, Mediator Techniques
- Experience the Roles of Mediator and Disputing Parties in Live Exercises
Trainees will be available to serve as mediators for the F4SS Business Conflict Forum® Mediation Program and be eligible to join the Business Mediation Network Mediator Roster. Mediators who are selected by the parties to conduct a mediation conference, earn a portion of the Mediator Fees received by BMN.
