Don Peters has resolved disputes for over 40 years, as an attorney representing business clients and as a mediator. Trained at the Center for Conflict Resolution, Don regularly serves on a mediation panel facilitating the resolution of disputes in the hospitality industry and in other settings.
Don’s firm concentrates its practice on guiding businesses to practical, cost effective problem solving. He has worked extensively and effectively with a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, financial services, hospitality, security, gaming and food processing. Over the years, Don has served on board of directors of several commercial, not-for-profit and educational institutions. Don is known for his calm approach to stressful negotiations. He is well-liked by all parties and quickly establishes himself as trustworthy and even-handed.
Don also serves as an instructor for a national school for photography and has lectured and written on the subject of image making.
