John Vebber has over 25 years of business experience in the outdoor advertising and real estate industries. During John’s career he has held executive positions for small privately held companies and large publically held corporations.
Most recently, John served as Vice President/Real Estate for the Chicago office of Clear Channel Outdoor. In that capacity John was responsible for administration of a site lease budget in excess of $20M. He has managed protracted litigation with private businesses and governmental bodies.
Throughout John’s career he has negotiated leases, purchase agreements, settlement agreements and RFPs with a variety of private parties, corporations and public/municipal entities. John is focused on strategic decision making and continued process improvement with strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
