David L Spaulding has been a business owner in West Michigan since 1992, he has had the unique experience the past several years of dealing one on one with hundreds of business owners and their management team in the capacity of a business analyst/ management consultant. Much of this experience was dealing with business partnerships both family and non-family situations that often involved informal mediation to get positive changes made within their company. David also recently spent the past few years helping business owners understand how their own behavioral traits can be a constraint on their business performance and their own management success.
David has over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry in Michigan, including starting his own Design, Engineering & Manufacturing firm in 1992 which eventually employed about 60 people before selling in 2003. David experience as a Business Owner and also as a Business Analyst /Management Consultant helps him appreciate the tremendous value in using mediation not litigation to resolve business disputes.
