Business Mediation Network is pleased to offer mediation services to the members of the F4SS through the Business Conflict Forum®. Recognizing the high cost and distraction of litigating business disputes, F4SS members are encouraged to consider mediation where up to 80% of issues submitted are resolved after a mediation conference lasting only one or two days. The Business Conflict Forum® offers a straight-forward and convenient process to mediate business disputes that includes initiating the mediation, mediator selection, scheduling, coordinating the mediation conference and fee-sharing.

Parties submitting disputes to the Business Conflict Forum® can select a mediator who is familiar with their particular issues from BMN’s MEDIATOR ROSTER, which features a number of mediators with significant CPG industry experience including former members of the F4SS Board of Directors. These CPG industry veterans and BMN’s other seasoned business specialists are ready to assist CPG/FMCG marketers, external manufacturers, and secondary packagers as well as their customers, suppliers, lenders, partners, employees and others with whom they do business to resolve conflicts without litigation.  Finding mutually agreeable solutions to disputes through mediation saves time, money and valuable relationships.
